Dimapur, July 28: Arthur Edwards, the founder of Livingstone Foundation International (LFI), Dimapur, and one of Nagaland’s pioneering educationists, passed away on Tuesday at Eden Hospital. He was 80.
Edwards was widely recognised for his lasting contribution to the field of education in Nagaland. Through the establishment of Livingstone Foundation International, he dedicated decades to nurturing young minds and helped build one of the state’s well-known educational institutions.
Family members informed that the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, at 3:30 PM at the Livingstone Foundation International School Campus Ground, Thahekhu/Kevijau, Dimapur.
He leaves behind his family, colleagues, former students and countless well-wishers. His dedication to education, leadership and service to society will be remembered by many across the state.
