




Kohima, July 13: An Exclusive MSME Outreach Program was held in Kohima on Monday under the theme “Empowering Enterprises. Enabling Growth. Building Nagaland,” bringing together government departments, financial institutions, industry bodies and entrepreneurs to strengthen the state’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) ecosystem.
The programme began with a welcome address by Rhaeven Capital CEO Khrietuo Yhome, while AGM of Canara Bank, Circle Office Guwahati, Santanu Saha, delivered the keynote address, highlighting the importance of accessible finance and institutional support for MSMEs.
Representatives from IDAN, the Departments of Labour, Industries and Commerce, and Taxes, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Kohima Municipal Council, Canara Bank, the Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), and Chartered Accountant Saurav Agarwal delivered presentations on business financing, taxation, labour laws, social security, skill development, regulatory compliance and government support available to entrepreneurs.
An interactive session allowed participants to engage directly with officials and experts, addressing business-related challenges and exploring opportunities for enterprise growth. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by KCCI Information and Publicity Secretary Martin Longkumer.
