Kohima, July 21: The White House Founders Museum exhibition, “The Road to Liberty: The Leaders and Moments That Forged the United States,” was inaugurated at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, through a collaboration between TaFMA and the U.S. Consulate General, Kolkata.
Advisor to the Chief Minister and IDAN Chairman Abu Metha, who inaugurated the exhibition, highlighted the long-standing ties between Nagaland and the United States, noting their influence on the state’s education, culture, Christianity, and people-to-people relations. He encouraged the youth to strengthen international friendships and promote Nagaland’s growing reputation in art, music, and culture.
TaFMA Chairman Theja Meru said the exhibition provides an opportunity to learn about the history and founding leaders of the United States. The exhibition will be open to the public from July 22 to 25, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, and visitors, especially students and educational institutions, have been encouraged to attend.
