DIMAPUR: Possibility of Filing a defamation case against Chelsea Kikon, if she cannot prove her stand; says Police DMP
Today’s press conference that DR. Mlato Shikhu had with the media persons earlier at hotel Saramti at DMP and so the media persons also decided to approach the Police since there were many allegations against them in the FIR filed by Dr. Mlato, regarding their FIR which Chelsea Kikon has filed and on what grounds they have not accepted by them and the injustice done to them by the police. All these allegations were done to the police and where the FIR was addressed to the CP as well as DGP Nagaland. He have e-mailed the FIR as told by Rubin Sharma DGP and so a question was asked to the CP as well as Ruth Murry DCP, who was also mentioned in the FIR stating that she have asked the OC of the women’s police station to not accept the FIR as well and also allegations of Chelsea Kikon been detained for 24hrs. Now, the police including Ruth Murry and CP have said that whatever they are claiming is all false and baseless and asked them to prove all their claims is true if not the police said that there might be a case of filing a defamation case against them.
The OC has also made it clear that all the claims made by Chelse kikon is not true and it has not happened and the police also said that they have accepted all FIR that is four in total- two counter FIR one after the another by Dr. Mlato and his Children. And another revelations we got to know was that the funding of the kids had stopped apparently and that funding for the education to be precise of the children of Dr. Mlato Shikhu had stopped; one pursuing her Medical and other children pursing their higher studies. Now the police have claimed that Chelsea kikon have also sent messages to Dr. Mlato Shikhu, where they have the Screen-shots, the proof, where she have asked her husband to tell his daughter who is pursuing medical to even sell her organs if she wants to pursue her education further. Now, as mentioned in the FIR by the children where the children stated that a black magic/ love portion have been given to Dr. Mlato Shikhu by Chelsea kikon, the police also said that there’s a possibility and that she might have many identity as well, even in the FIR filed by the children it says “Chelsea kaur” and when she was asked about it, she said that her first husband was kaur and that they have a 7 years old son. We also got to know that now there is a stay-order in their marriage which was done in court and they are basically not husband and wife as of now, many claims are popping up but the real stories lies with the children of Dr. Mlato Shikhu who he has named all four of his children in his FIR as well as his elder brother and his family as well as his own clan ‘Shikhu’ he has named all of them and if anything happens to him they are to be blamed that is nine people all together.
It was also said that, the Police have taken all the statements of the children and they have revealed that Chelsea kikon whom Dr. Mlato Shikhu is living with have installed CCTV cameras in their residence of Mlato Shikhu, where the children are staying and they have been monitored by both their father and Chelsea kikon from her residence. Now, when the children were asked why they have not taken off or uninstalled the CCTV cameras they said that they are also scared what their father might do because he is going and doing things with the direction of Chelsea kikon. The police have also said that when it comes to black magic and love charm, it is not a cognizable offence or any rule in the Indian law system and they cannot file an FIR if that is what the children claim. The police also denied all the claims made by Chelsea kikon and clarified that she was not in the lockup but instead was in the duty offices room and they did not put her in any lockup.The police have said that, in all of these the police have accepted all the FIRs and that an enquiry is going on right now and it is a family issue, family feud that is happening and all turns to Chelsea kikon who seems to have had according to the children’s statement that she has a youtube video put up where she claims to be a counsellor, psychologist and where she have used different names as well.
