NAGALAND, ARUNACHAL MP’S MEET WITH PM MODI AT PARLIAMENT HOUSE

New Delhi, Aug 1: Members of Parliament from Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Parliament House to discuss the prevailing flood situation in both states.

In a social media post, Kiren Rijiju said the MPs apprised the Prime Minister of the flood situation, following which PM Modi assured them of full assistance and issued necessary directions to ensure timely relief, restoration, and support for the affected people.

In a separate post, Prime Minister Modi said he discussed the flood situation with the MPs and reaffirmed that the Central Government would continue working closely with the governments of Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland to address the challenges. He also prayed for the wellbeing and safety of all those affected.
